There is such power in committing and then watching God help you fulfill it. Participate in our Heart for the House offering by giving your gift on Sunday, December 11th.

WHAT

On December 11th we will be joining together in a special Heart for the House offering. This sacrificial offering is an opportunity for us to give above and beyond our normal level of giving in order to see our church move further faster. 

WHY

Each and every week we see firsthand how God is using LHT to make an eternal difference in the lives of people. We have come so far, and we strongly believe that this is just the beginning. God has brought us together for such a time as this, and now is not the time to slow down or step aside! The next stage of our vision is to complete the final phase of he LHT Kids wing. This includes building and furnishing the LHT Kids auditorium, the LHT Kids special needs classroom, the LHT Kids restroom and the LHT Kids entrance and lobby. The projected cost for this phase of work is $100,000. We are believing that together we can raise this amount in order to complete the work.

HOW

You can give to our Heart for the House offering using your normal method of giving.

• If you give via online giving, the LHT app, or text giving, you will select the “Heart for the House” fund when you make your donation.

 • If you are giving via check or cash, you can use the Heart for the House envelopes provided by mail/in-person. There is no need to mark the fund, as all gifts included in the special Heart for the House offering envelope will go directly toward the offering. If you do not have a Heart for the House envelope, simply write "Heart for the House" on your check or as a note in your envelope.

I would like to mail my offering before December 11th; is that OK?

Of course! You can send your offering in the mailing envelope provided at any time, and it will be counted toward the offering. As soon as the fund launches, your offering will be recorded, and you will receive the receipt for your giving.

When is the deadline to mail in the offering?

If you would like your gift to reflect on your 2022 giving statement for tax purposes, it must be postmarked by December 31st. If that is not a concern for you, it can be mailed at any time!

Do I need to choose a specific fund while giving online?

Yes. You will need to choose the "Heart for the House" fund.

Does this offering count as a tax deductible donation?

Yes! This is a completely tax-deductible donation.
